Common questions from shop owners

For Shops

How much does Allstreet cost?
The Allstreet App is $180/month or $1,800/year for independent shops. Custom branded apps for chains start at $1,500. Full custom enterprise builds are quoted on request. There are no commissions and no per-order fees charged to shops or customers.
Do I need new hardware?
No. The Operator App runs on any iPad or Android tablet. If you already have one you prefer, just use that. Semi-custom plans include a tablet as part of your setup. Annual subscribers get one provided and covered as long as they stay on an annual plan.
Does Allstreet replace my POS?
No. Allstreet is able to integrate with Square and Toast if you choose to — showing mobile orders directly on your existing screens. It adds a mobile ordering channel without replacing how you ring up in-store. POS integration is entirely optional, available for a one-time $200 setup fee.
How do customers find my shop?
It depends on which Allstreet service you're on. If you're on the Allstreet Coffee app, your shop is listed inside it — you can point your existing customers to order through it, and let it work as a discovery channel for new customers in your city finding indie cafés nearby. If you have a custom or semi-custom app, your shop has its own standalone app on the App Store under your name and branding.
What is a semi-custom app?
Semi-custom apps are built on a coffee-specific template we've designed around how cafés actually operate. You bring your colors, logo, brand images, fonts, and text — we configure the features you want and build it out. Everything follows a pre-designed structure built specifically for coffee shops, so it looks and works great without starting from scratch. Semi-custom apps start at $1,500. How long does setup take?
For the Allstreet App, most shops are live within a few days. Custom app builds vary depending on scope — we'll give you a timeline during our initial conversation.
Can I update my menu and hours myself?
Yes. The Operator App gives you full control — edit your menu, change prices, set hours, and toggle open/closed anytime.
